Kaitlyn Pilates Self-Practice Pass

This is a self-practice Pilates work out time for yourself at our studio. You must take one Private lesson a week with us to learn movements and safety protocol. Self-Practice Pass is an additional purchase for practicing yourself with affordable price. The studio time slot is open depending on the schedule of lessons. You can book when the spot is open and your practice time is same as our regular lessons, 50mins. We can not guarantee the Reformer and the Mat is available as you wish to use entire 50mins. You will be able to use whichever apparatus are available. We provide your Pilates exercise guide. Log in to your account to find the online program while you are practicing yourself.
