Amy teaches a classical form of Pilates. She evaluated my body’s strength and weakness, and teaches based on what I need. After each sessions, I feel as if I received a good massage. My body feels relaxed, at the same time fatigued from a great strength exercise. Facility is very clean, chic and organized. Facility has lots of equipment and you can learn various forms of Pilates.
