1:1 Instruction for Individual Needs
Our private class is an excellent way for participants to learn Pilates. Each class will be personalized towards your conditions and needs.
You will be treated with special attention for 50 mins in our studio.
1:2 Instruction Upon Request
If you have partner, request 1:2 Duet class.
Duet Classes are a more affordable and fun way to experience Pilates. Each class will be personalized for you and your partner's needs.
You and a partner, will be treated with special attention for 50 mins in our studio.
Amy teaches a classical form of Pilates. She evaluated my body’s strength and weakness, and teaches based on what I need. After each sessions, I feel as if I received a good massage. My body feels relaxed, at the same time fatigued from a great strength exercise. Facility is very clean, chic and organized. Facility has lots of equipment and you can learn various forms of Pilates. Can’t recommend enough, highly recommend!
